To complete your registration and workshop fees for 22nd Asian Spinal Cord Network (ASCoN) Conference - 2023, please follow the below instructions.

Terms & Conditions:
Entitlements: Registered participants are entitled to all benefits matching their package selection.
Registration Fee: All participants including online participant, accompanying person (only for foreign participant)/helping hand/assistant/caregiver (registration should be done by main attendee) must register for the conference. Registration is valid when the committee has received the registration form and respective payments.
Payment Methods: Please fill out required information on the registration form and pay your registration fees through the direct bank transfer and Bkash for local participant. Bank/Bkash service charge will be borne by participants.
Accommodation: We do not provide any accommodation facilities for the participants but we can arrange your accommodation from BRAC-CDM Centre, if you required. The following hotels may be confirmed as per as BRAC-CDM Centre policy (https://www.bcdmsavar.com/accommodation.php). All International participants must confirm your accommodation in BRAC-CDM for convenience of the conference. However, if you required any assistance regarding accommodation, please contact with the 22nd ASCoN Conference Coordinator 2023 at ascon2023@crp-bangladesh.org
Room Availability: Hotel assignment will be made on a “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS”. Committee has the right to allocate and relocate the rooms.
Room Cancellation Policy: As per as BRAC-CDM policy.
Check-in & Check-out Time: Check-in time at the time recommended hotel will start at 14.00 BST and the check-out time is on 12.00 BST afternoons.
Registration Cancellation: No refund available for any cancellation.
On Site Registration: No on-site registration.
*Student registration options are limited; on a first-come, first-served basis (allocated registration quota is 100).
*If you would require availing below service please mention in the registration form, extra charges will be added to the payment. Airport Service (Round-trip: Airport to BRAC-CDM, BRAC-CDM to Airport) = BDT 7590/ USD 71 (Per Person)
